Hybird Vaporizers: A series of vaporizers designed specifically for customer station and distribution and plant back up applications in which a high degree of superheating is required and exit temperatures closely approaching ambient are required. Natural draft vaporizers utilize convection as the heat transfer mechanism. The vaporizers comprise a number of individual multi-finned heat transfer extruded elements which can be connected in various series and parallel paths to meet the exact requirements of individual applications.
Elements are clustered to form discrete zones to boil, vaporize and superheat the cryogenic fluid. Different number fin elements are utilized on variable spacing to ensure efficient operation with minimal material use. Fin numbers increase as the risk of ice blockage diminishes and the need for super heating increases.
Heat transfer elements up to 40 feet long are available to minimize the number of vaporizers necessary to meet process demands. Elements are connected together if necessary with manifolds to provide single inlet and outlet ports. Continuous 24/7 gas flow is possible by using multiple units with automatic changeover system.
Connections: Cryoquip Mueller four bolt, ANSI or DIN specification flanges. MAWP 588psig (40 bar). ASME or PED compliant units available.
